Bloor Homes is excited to present a revised proposal for the residential development at land north of Maldon Road.
The new proposals aim to provide approximately 160 new homes, which is a significantly reduced scheme than was previously proposed. The development will incorporate significant public open spaces, ecological enhancements. Bloor Homes is dedicated to creating a community that not only meets the growing housing needs but also maintains the character of Tiptree.
The application has now been submitted to Colchester City Council and can be viewed on the Council’s planning portal using the application reference number: 250435.
